Purpose of IFB:
Provo City School District is seeking 3,300 Chromebooks and 3,300 Google Management Licenses. All Chromebooks will be delivered to the Provo City School District Auxiliary Services Building located at 527 S 1600 W St, Provo, UT 84601. Shipping is to be FOB Destination. The submitted cost must include shipping.
It is anticipated that this IFB may result in multiple awards. The District reserves the right to award based on the lowest combined cost or to the lowest cost per line item.
Contract Duration:
The contract resulting from this IFB will be for a term of one (1) year, with the option to renew for up to four (4) additional one-year terms. The District reserves the right to purchase the items described in this solicitation throughout the full term of the contract, including any renewal periods. If model numbers change during the contract term, the District may accept such changes provided the replacement items remain within the scope of this solicitation.
The vendor must guarantee its pricing for one (1) year.
