1. Description of Requirement: This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation issued by United States Transportation Command for the procurement of the Shield Enclosure Air Frame TFBS-System and its supporting components.

It is unrestricted and full and open requirment to all offerors capable of providing the brand name requirement.
4. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation.

7. Additional Information: This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is issued under FAR Part 13. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred in responding to this solicitation.
