Scope of Services
The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for North Putnam Drainage Improvements 2025.
The work shall consist of, but not be limited to installation of drainage piping, construction and redevelopment of swales, installation of drainage structures, and clearing, grubbing, and stabilizing discharge easements around (2) existing roads in Northeastern Putnam County.
The County reserves the right to award to one or more bidders who best meet the need of the County. The County will evaluate bid price per roadway as well as collectively.
Ancillary activities includes traffic control program, grading and dressing shoulders, sodding and seeding, feathering asphalt to connected driveways and roadways, open cutting of asphalt for drainage installation, repair of roadways at open cut locations, painted or thermoplastic pavement striping as needed, and other incidentals necessary to complete the work.
