The solicitation will be available on the web only. Faxed, Telephoned, or mailed requests for this solicitation will not be honored. To download the solicitation for this project, and to view other contracting opportunities, contractors are required to register in www.SAM.gov.
In lieu of both Performance and Payment Bonds, per FAR 52.228-13 Alternate Payment Protections (2000) and FAR 28.102-1(b), only a Payment Bondor an Irrevocable Letter of Credit is required. A Performance Bond is not required.
ELECTRONIC PROPOSAL SUBMISSION
Offerors shall submit one (1) electronic copy of their offer via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module before the time and date specified in Block 13 of this SF 1442. No paper copies, CDROMS, facsimile, or DoD SAFE submissions will be accepted.
A User ID and Password are required to access PIEE. Offerors are required to self-register as a Vendor or Contractor with the user's CAGE code(s) and must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the PIEE registration process.
