Removal shall include removal of all branching flush with the existing grade and does not include any root removal. Disposition of all vegetation removal is included. The project also includes the cleaning and sealing of all designated asphalt surfaces including the reconstruction of the existing asphalt parking lot within the project limits and surface milling/pavement overlay of a designated section within the project limits. The construction of a concrete drainage ditch is also included in the project.
