- Summary:The City of Manassas Park is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the design, placement/installation, and operationalization of a central water feature that will replace the current outpost within the Signal Bay Water Park at Signal Hill Park. This RFP addresses the component of the project involving the upgrade/replacement of pumping equipment along with replacement of the integrated water park feature that is central within the park’s pool.
