Summary:To solicit proposals from qualified sources to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the development of a comprehensive food allergy management toolkit tailored to state-specific needs. To achieve this, VDOE-SCNP requires expert consulting
services from a qualified contractor specializing in both school nutrition and allergen management. The toolkit
will become property of the Virginia Department of Education. This will be a One (1)-year contract with the
option to include up to One (1) successive One (1)-year renewal.
