Safety and Security Mobile Application

RTD is seeking qualified firm to provide software application that will integrate into RTD’s MyRide which provides state of the art public awareness and community engagement for transit security. Specifically, an application that offers a feature in the customer's electronic ticket that allows them to report something or ask for help without having to open a separate application on their smart phone.

RTD embraced the customer's concept of crowd sourcing for transit security with the addition of a mobile software application in 2014. RTD and its customer base have outgrown that application. RTD is looking for the next generation of public awareness and community engagement software that will enhance transit security and grow with RTD.
