Plano East Senior High School Phase 2 Connector 3

Plano East SHS addition project includes approximately 5,000 square foot addition to the existing campus. This addition connects two existing buildings with a secure and conditioned corridor. This 5,000 square foot addition is part of a master plan to secure the campus and is expected to be constructed simultaneously with the (2) other buildings in the master plan. Scope of work for this project also includes approximately 3,000 square feet of interior renovation to existing buildings, reshaping existing retention ponds on the site, storm water utility modifications, and (5) solid masonry walls with metal panel fencing and gates. This project will include phased construction to accommodate an active senior high school campus, and construction start is proposed early 2027 with substantial completion December 31, 2027.
