NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE QUOTES.

This is a written notice to inform the public of the Government's intent to award on a sole source basis pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.501(a).

The Marine Corps Installations North Capital Region-Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO) intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order with Axiell ALM, Inc. 195 Montague ST FL 14, Brooklyn, New York 11201-3631, 7X0P0. This requirement is for the maintenance and help desk support to provide management and technical services for the migration of the KE EMu software to the Google Cloud, upgrades to the latest version of KE Emu (EMu) Software, customer help desk support, on-site consulting, user training, and client modifications for twenty-two (22) Government owned user licenses.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the Agency.

The Period of Performance will be for 5 Years starting July 1, 2025. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 518210.

Any capability statements, proposals, or quotations must be submitted to Jeffrey Sisk Sr. via email jeffrey.a.sisk@usmc.mil no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EST), 31 May 2025 and will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
