Overview
The St. Mary’s County Government (County) Department of Public Works & Transportation is soliciting bids to establish a Lump Sum Contract to provide construction services for the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Support Services Facility (Project), located at 23172 Leonard Hall Dr., Leonardtown, MD 20650. Work consists of site development for the entire Sheriff’s Office compound and construction of a one-story 20,611 square foot Support Services Building.
All interested bidders must register in advance via the County's eProcurement Portal RSVP Manager at least 90 minutes prior to the Virtual Pre-Bid Meeting, Site Visit, and Virtual Bid Opening. Firms that have registered timely will receive participation instructions. If multiple attendees will be attending the meeting, please have each individual complete the RSVP Manager process.
