The City of Leander, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide Professional Services, herein “Services”, for the inventory and assessment of all City maintained roadways in order to develop a Pavement Assessment and Management Plan for the City of Leander. For each roadway studied, the plan will include, but is not limited to, a Pavement Condition Index (PCI) score, project maintenance scope, and budget. The Roadway Pavement Assessment and Management Plan will prioritize and rank roadway preservation, rehabilitation and reconstruction projects based on roadway class, available roadway maintenance funds, and remaining life. The City of Leander currently owns and maintains approximately 330 centerline miles of roadways, of which majority are asphalt roadways.
