Description: The DDS seeks to establish a Master Agreement (MSA) for the provision of various medical and behavioral health services to be purchased on an as-needed basis. All qualified providers will be added to the Master Agreement. However, DDS will specifically engage professionals when it identifies a service need. In particular, the Department of Developmental Services seeks to purchase professional diagnostic psychiatric services, for individuals with an intellectual disability and a suspected co-morbid mental illness. Included in the range of perceived assessments is the evaluation of an individual's personal and public risk related to Problematic Sexual Behavior (PSB). The DDS also wishes to purchase the professional services of licensed neuropsychologists to provide testing and skills evaluation when needed. The DDS will request a written report of these findings for care planning purposes. The DDS will also require oral presentation and interpretation of these assessments.
