Sealed Bids for City of Ypsilanti 2026 Concrete Repairs will be received at the office of the City
of Ypsilanti until 10:00am local time, on AuJugluys t3 41,, 2026, by the office of the City of Ypsilanti
Clerk located at 1 S Huron, Ypsilanti, MI, 48197. The approximate quantities of major items of
work involved are as follows:
Various concrete repairs throughout the City of Ypsilanti, including ADA ramps, driveway
aprons, sidewalk (4 & 6 inch), curb and gutter (various sizes), and other concrete repairs.
Traffic Maintenance and Control will be required.
The issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the office of the ENGINEER, Orchard, Hiltz, &
McCliment, Inc., d/b/a OHM Advisors. Bidding documents may be examined at the following
locations on and after 1:00 pm, July 154, 2026, at the following locations: Bidnetdirect.com,
(formally MITN). Neither Owner nor ENGINEER will be responsible for full or partial sets of
Contract Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than
Bidnetdirect.com. Bidders should direct correspondence to the ENGINEER at
rachel.jackson@ohm-advisors.com.
Bid Security in the form of a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond for a sum no less than five
percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid.
The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids.
No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of Ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled closing
time for receipt of the Bids.
No pre-bid meetings are scheduled for this project.
