Description

The Norfolk District, Corps of Engineers is procuring a firm-fixed-price contract for the Design-Bid-Build construction of the complete removal and replacement of the existing 170,430 SF roof of Building 32 (bays F-M)with a new in-kind EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer) roof.
