DIRECT LINK: COMMBUYS - /view/search/external/advancedSearchBid.xhtml - q=HR%20RFP%202027¤tDocType=bids **** PUBLIC NOTICE**** The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (“Authority” or “MCCA”) is issuing this request for proposals (“RFP”) seeking responses from qualified firms to provide comprehensive human resource (“HR”) advisory services, and personnel, labor, and operational support services.
The Authority seeks to establish one or more contractual relationships with firms capable of delivering human resource and operational support services on an as-needed basis to augment the knowledge and skills of the MCCA by providing specialized expertise and support ongoing operations and strategic organizational initiatives. The firm shall demonstrate proven expertise in providing HR services and understanding of labor and employment laws. The firm will support and strengthen the Authority’s workforce management and organizational development goals, assist with, recruitment, retention, and employee engagement efforts, and provide flexible on-demand human resource and talent acquisition expertise. This RFP does not require the Authority to contract with any firm. The Authority, in its sole discretion, has the right to make no, some, or unlimited requests for services and does not guarantee in any way the amount of services that will be requested of the firm. The selected firm (s) will provide the services to the Authority in response to the issuance of one or more task orders. As the need arises for HR advisory and operational support services, the MCCA will draft a task order describing the scope of work required. One or more of the selected firms will be asked to provide a proposed approach to the required work, along with a proposed budget to perform the work at the rates the firms quoted in response to this RFP. The MCCA will then determine whether to issue a task order to the consultant to perform the work. Individuals performing services for the Authority may be considered “special state employees” subject to the provisions of the Massachusetts Conflict of Interest Law M.G.L. c.268A. MCCA’s Task Order Contractor Agreement will require firms to certify, among other things, compliance with the Conflict of Interest law. Proposals shall be submitted electronically in accordance with instructions in the RFP, via www.COMMBUYS.COM BID Number: |
