The Clay County Board of County Commissioners (County) is requesting quotes from qualified contractors to purchase and install a code-compliant 14’ x 24’ steel building with a covered porch at the Clay County Fairgrounds (equivalent to or better than a Handi-House Portable Building). The structure will serve as a potential first aid station during events. The contractor shall be responsible for all permitting, site preparation, utilities, ADA-compliant access, electrical, HVAC, interior finishes, and final installation in accordance with applicable codes and facility standards.
