Project Description: Parkland County is seeking the services of a qualified multidisciplinary design team to act as
prime consultant for design services relative to the renovation and adaptive reuse of the
Wabamun Civic Center in Wabamun, Alberta. The primary scope of this project is the relocation
and renovation of the existing Wabamun Library, currently located at Jubilee Hall, into the former
Council Chambers within the Wabamun Civic Center. The successful proponent will be
responsible for providing full architectural design services, including the coordination of all
associated engineering disciplines, to support the renovations. Please note Optional Site Visit
on February 23, 2026 at 3:30 PM Alberta time.
