Project Description: SCOPE: The Greater Buffalo Niagara Regional Transportation Council (GBNRTC) invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for the development of the 2060 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) covering Erie and Niagara Counties, New York. This comprehensive plan will establish a forward-looking, multimodal, resilient, and financially constrained transportation vision for the region over the next 30 plus years. The LRTP will align with all applicable federal, state, and local planning requirements, ensuring compliance with current legislative frameworks and regional goals.
