• Scope of Work: Construction of the Cupertino Union School District (CUSD) Walk-In Cooler and Freezer Project for the following middle schools as indicated in Contract documents: Cupertino Middle School (Walk-in Freezer), 1650 S. Bernardo Ave., Sunnyvale, CA 94087, Kennedy Middle School (Walk-in Cooler), 821 Bubb Rd., Cupertino, CA 95014.
• Mandatory Bid Walk: A mandatory prebid conference and site visit will be held on April 21, 2025 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at Cupertino MS, 1650 S. Bernardo Ave., Sunnyvale. From there, the prebid site visit will proceed to Kennedy MS, 821 Bubb Road, Cupertino.
• Contractor License required: B General Contractor & C-38 (Refrigeration), C-38 can be subcontractor to B General Contractor
• Prequalification required: If you are not currently approved on Quality Bidders for Cupertino Union School District, please go here to submit an application.
• Engineer's Estimate: $470,514.00
• Bid Opening Date and Time: May 2, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m.

1. Prequalification is different from CUPCCA approval.

2. The prequalification application needs to be submitted to Quality Bidders by April 18. Note: Due to the spring break, this is due prior to the bid walk.
