NCHS Parking

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Center of Health Statistics (NCHS), Division of Health Care Statistics (DHCS), intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Pro Park. The purpose of this requirement is to provide 150 parking spaces, and 69 Optional Parking Spaces, for the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) Office in Hyattsville, Maryland.

The NCHS has a need for 150 parking spaces, and 69 Optional Parking Spaces, for use by NCHS staff at the Hyattsville, Maryland office located at 3311 Toledo Road, Hyattsville, Maryland, 20782. The anticipated period of performance start date is 11 March 2025. The anticipated purchase order will just contain one base period of performance with no options.

The anticipated purchase order is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Market research revealed only one capable source as there were no other sources identified containing all capabilities necessary to satisfy the immediate requirement. The required capability is to provide 150 parking spaces, and 69 Optional Parking Spaces, for use by NCHS staff at the Hyattsville, Maryland office located at 3311 Toledo Road, Hyattsville, Maryland, 20782. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within seven (7) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
