Project Description: The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as providing all labor and materials necessary for the removal and replacement of water lines and a water heater at the Ada County Juvenile Services facility, which will include removal of existing galvanized piping, replacement with new copper piping, and installation of a new water heater and mixing valve, all as more specifically detailed in the Project Manual specifications and drawings (the “Project”). The contractor will be responsible for all necessary access (wall/ceiling cuts) and subsequent repairs to return the facility to its original condition.
