The City of San Marcos issoliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) to be received in theOffice of the Purchasing Manager, Municipal Complex, 630 E. Hopkins St., SanMarcos, TX 78666, as outlined below:

Specifications may be downloaded at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement . Vendors must register to download information. All addenda, proposal tabulations, etc. can be downloaded at the above site.

SOQs must be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 3, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, no later than March 13, 2025, 2:00 P.M., Local Time. SOQs will be publicly acknowledged via videoconference immediately thereafter. Video conferencel ink is provided in solicitation documents.

Award is scheduled for the May 20, 2025, City Council meeting at 5:00 p.m. or any subsequent time unless otherwise rescheduled.

Questions to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the City of San Marcos Purchasing and Contracting Division only at RShelton@sanmarcostx.gov . Please reference the solicitation number when corresponding.
