Solicitation Description:

The UNT Athletic Center Expansion and Renovation Phase 1 is a focused capital improvement effort designed to expand and modernize strength and conditioning spaces, upgrade administrative offices, and enhance the facility’s overall functionality. The scope of work includes new construction for expanded training areas, interior renovations for administrative efficiency, and infrastructure upgrades to support long-term operational sustainability.

This project is the first phase of a multi-phase modernization plan and has been structured to minimize operational disruptions while addressing the most immediate needs of UNT Athletics. The substantial completion date is no later than March 2027.
