On-Call Master Agreement for Arterial Street Maintenance and Construction

The City of Anaheim invites proposals from licensed (A) contractors for pre-qualification for the 2026 Master Construction Agreement for As-Needed Arterial Street Maintenance and Construction (Master Agreement) and will receive such applications via OpenGov – the City’s online bidding program by the date and time specified herein.

Respondents must complete and submit a pre-qualification application, among other required items, that includes background questions regarding the company's capability to provide services for street maintenance and construction, as well as optional services detailed in the application. Applications will be scored by a panel of evaluators, and only those meeting the minimum point totals will be considered pre-qualified. The proposed master agreement, which is subject to change prior to award, allows for work to be performed on a work order basis, with each individual work order not exceeding five million dollars in value, and each company's sum of work orders not exceeding ten million dollars for the term of the agreement.
