Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Yankton, 1016 Douglas Avenue, Yankton, SD 57078, intends to make a single award to a responsible entity that will complete a project requiring the removal of an existing 2,500-gallon underground storage tank and the installation of a new 3,000-gallon above-ground split-compartment tank, including a new concrete pad, fuel island, and automated tracking system. The project involves strict environmental compliance, soil sampling for contamination, and the installation of safety bollards, with completion requiring certification from the South Dakota DANR and Weights & Measures. Further specifications are outlined in the attatched statement of work.
