PKA- B381 Elevator Repair

This is the initial notificaiton of a upcoming construction/repair project solicitaiton at Travis AFB. The contractor (Ktr) shall provide a 35% design, labor, materials, and supervision to repair 3 elevators in B381 on Travis AFB. Contractor shall field verify existing conditions and review existing as-built drawings then submit proposed repair design submittals for review and approval by the government. The ktr shall have approved drawings and submittals for all material prior to any new work or installation of equipment, including accessory items. Work shall comply with environmental laws and regulations, including abatement of any hazardous materials. Any work not specifically covered by the specifications shall comply with current governing UFC, IBC codes and industry standards.
