Description:
Army Contracting Command - Orlando (ACC-Orlando), executing on behalf of the U.S. Navy Program Executive Office Infrastructure and Expeditionary (PEO IE) Program Management Office (PMO) 314 Logistics Over-the-Shore, has awarded a 5-year Production Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreement to Maritime Applied Physics Corporation (MAPC), doing business as BlackSea Technologies.
The award, agreement number W900KK269A021, is for the Seabased Petroleum Distribution System (SPDS) Production Project. The total ceiling value for this 5-year OTA is $256,802,343.00, with an initial obligated amount of $28,304,011.00 for procurement of a single/leading unit. The anticipated completion date for this effort is August 2032.
Background:
This agreement is a follow-on production OTA resulting from the successful completion of the preceding prototype OTA, agreement number W900KK-21-9-0003, which was previously awarded to Maritime Applied Physics Corporation (MAPC).
