The 409th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB) is offering an additional onboarding opportunity to our Hybrid (Firm-Fixed Price & Time and Material) Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the rental of nontactical vehicles (NTVs).
