The Phase 2 scope of work includes the following:- 1,900 LF of sidewalk, curb and gutter on Chesterbrook Road from Maddux Lane to Forest Lane. - 2.6 acres of clearing and grubbing, including removal of 102 trees- 275 LF of Fairfax Water relocation at the intersection of Chesterbrook Road and N. Albemarle Street. - 976 LF of stream restoration in the Little Pimmit Run in THREE (3) Reaches, including landscaping- 2,700 LF of stormwater- Other associated work including asphalt paving, signage, and restoration.
