Supply of Sprinter/Shuttle bus

The Red Deer Catholic Separate School Division (RDCRS) invites tenders for the supply of one 26–28 passenger Sprinter / shuttle bus meeting the specifications provided in the supplemental information document. Used, low-mileage vehicles will be considered. Tenders must be received no later than October 30th , 2026

Vehicle Requirements and Pricing
 Model year: 2021–2026.
 Passenger capacity: 26–28 passengers.
 Odometer reading: target range 10,000–70,000 km; bidders must state the exact odometer reading.
 Engine: 7.3L V8.
 Four-wheel drive (4x4).
 Dual rear wheels.
 Automatic transmission.
 Rear walk-in luggage compartment.
 Low-mileage used vehicles are acceptable.
 Maximum purchase price: $190,000 CAD.
 Itemize applicable taxes, fees, delivery, inspection and any required modifications.
 Confirm delivery date and delivery to be negotiable.

All prices must be quoted in Canadian funds. Bidders must identify the
vehicle make, model, model year, odometer reading, VIN, new or used status, condition, warranty, delivery date, and all costs included in the quoted price.
Please include a detailed specification sheet and current photographs showing the passenger cabin, driver area, entry, rear walk-in luggage compartment, exterior luggage boxes, and safety exits. For used vehicles, include maintenance/service history, accident and damage history, inspection records, and known defects.
