Description

BACKGROUND

To provide comprehensive career transition support (Mexico-based training, coaching, certification, networking, and job search assistance) to USAID/Mexico’s staff of Foreign Service Officers (FSO), Locally Engaged Staff (LES), and U.S. Personal Service Contractors (USPSC). Employment for five staff (3 FSOs and 2 USPSC) will end between July 1st and September 2nd. USAID/Mexico expects to request services for 35 individuals. The contracted amount will be pro-rated to the cost of actual participants.



SCOPE OF WORK

The Offeror shall deliver a structured career transition program that includes soft skills training, career coaching, certification facilitation, and job search support. The program should include a combination of group training and individual coaching. Services should include support to transition from USAID to regionally and Mexican-based international organizations, international and Mexican nonprofit organizations, and the private sector companies.



Group sessions may be delivered in Spanish. Individual sessions must be available in Spanish or English, according to the request of the participant.
