PROVIDE MAINTENANCE SERVICE OF THE AC SYSTEM AT CC5

Project Description: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, tools, lubricants, refrigerants, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for the complete maintenance, inspections and repairs to the air conditioning and ventilation system for Fifth Judicial Circuit (Pu`uhonua Kaulike) as listed herein and in accordance to these Specifications, the Special Provisions, the General Conditions, and the Procedural Requirements attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. The Contractor shall perform routine maintenance of all air conditioning and ventilation systems within the cost of this contract.
