Bid Type: Request for Proposal Locations: State-Wide Keywords: Construction (Building) Bid Description: The Town of Chittenden invites General Contractors to bid on construction of a ramp at the North Chittenden Grange Hall, 3 Lower Middle Road, Chittenden. The work includes construction of an exterior ramp, associated site work and the addition of an electric door operator. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at the site. Bids may be submitted electronically to Kathie Pratt, Select Board Chair, kpratt.selectboard@chittendenvt.org until 3PM on 5/12/25. Bids may also be dropped off at the Town Office 260 Chittenden Road Chittenden Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM-4:00 PM.
