Bid Description:
The Jericho Underhill Park District (JUPD) is seeking bids from qualified contractors for:
A) Repair to the under-structure to the park’s bridge and
B) Repair to the bridge’s concrete abutment

Bids will be received by the Jericho Underhill Park District at P.O. Box 164, Underhill, VT 05489 until 4:30 pm on May 21, 2025, and will be opened at the scheduled board meeting that evening.

RECEIPT OF BIDS:
Bids must be titled “Bridge and Abutment Repair RFP 2025”, and must be received by the Jericho Underhill Park District at P.O. Box 164, Underhill, VT 05489, prior to 4:30pm on May 21, 2025.

Bids will be opened at the scheduled board meeting on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 and will be awarded by JUPD on or shortly after June 4th, 2025.

Site Visit:	Date:	Mandatory Site Visit
Bidders will be expected to attend a site visit to view the bridge under-structure and to gain an understanding of the scope of the repairs specified in the engineering drawing, and to compile a materials and equipment list. Site visits will be scheduled between May 1st and May 16th, 2025, so that each bidder has the opportunity to understand the repair requirements and also understand the challenges of working on the bridge under-structure while dealing with the Browns River running beneath the work site.
