Bid Type: Request for Proposal Locations: State-Wide Keywords: Architect and Engineering (Non-Building), Engineering , Construction (Non Building), Environmental Conservation Bid Description: The Mount Ascutney Regional Commission (MARC) is pleased to announce its second funding round under the Enhancement Development, Design, and Implementation Block Grant (EDDIBG) program. Eligible entities are invited to apply for project development, preliminary (30%) engineering design, final (100%) engineering design, and/or implementation of clean water projects throughout Vermont. Eligible projects must be non-regulatory and must achieve at least one (1) of the five (5) statutorily-defined goals of the Enhancement grant program, which include: 1. Protect high quality waters; 2. Maintain or improve water quality; 3. Restore degraded or stressed waters; 4. Create resilient watersheds and communities; and/or 5. Support the public’s use and enjoyment of the State’s waters. MARC has about $900,000 available to support eligible clean water activities. Applications are due on May 15, 2026 at 4:30pm.
