Spray Pad Replacement

Submissions marked "COR26-00067 – Queen Elizabeth Spray Pad" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Friday April 24, 2026.

The City is seeking proposals from qualified general contractors to provide construction services in the demolition, supply, installation and construction of a replacement spray pad at Queen Elizabeth Jubilee Park located at 121, 18 Ave E, Regina, SK.

The scope of work includes the following, but is not limited to:

• Sawcut and remove the existing concrete spray pad, piping and toys and dispose off site;
• Remove the existing mechanical kiosk and dispose off site;
• Install piping and mechanical kiosk for new spray toys;
• Connect to existing 50 mm water service and supply and install 50mm kiosk;
• Supply and install drain and connect to existing 150mm storm sewer;
• Supply and install new concrete spray pad with concrete pile foundation;
• Supply and install spray pad toys and actuator, commission toys and provide staff training.

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement

There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.

There will be an on-site pre-bid meeting at Queen Elizabeth Park at 121, 18 Ave E (intersection of 18th Ave and Mackay Street) in Regina, SK on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 2:00 PM CST for any interested proponents.
