The City of Virginia Beach (City) is seeking a qualified company to provide Temporary Convention Center related Labor Services to the VBCC on an âas neededâ basis. Temporary Labor Services will include temporary laborers for the set up and tear down portable furnishings and equipment required for events (including, but not limited to, chairs, tables, staging, pipe & drape, linens, furniture, easels, barricades, signs, coat racks) and perform janitorial duties (including, but not limited to, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash cans, washing windows, vacuuming, picking-up trash, mopping and sweeping).
