Provide demolition and lot clearing pricing for a Single-Family Dwelling located at 2032 Garfield Ave Lynchburg, VA 24501. Upon successful completion of the work, the City reserves the right to issue a contract for demolition services for a one-year term with the option to renew for an additional one-year term. If a term contract is awarded, additional demolition jobs may be assigned on an as needed basis at a price mutually agreed upon.
