Passive Integrated Transponder (PIT) Tags for Catfish

Amendment 0001 to:

1. Change the Manufacturer Biomark Brand Name to Biomark or Equal - must be compatible to read the Biomark PIT Tag readers.

2. Quotations offering alternate, substitute, or equal products will be considered and will be deemed technically acceptable.

3. All other terms and conditions of the Solicitation shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 12SAD226Q0008 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for 50,000 Passive Integrated Transponder (PIT) Tags, 12 mm in length and approximately 2 mm in diameter, must contain a hexadecimal code that is read by Biomark PIT tag readers.

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 334419 Other Electronic Component Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 750 This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
