The County Commissioners of Caroline County, on behalf of the Caroline County Department of Planning and Codes, are accepting proposals for the design of stormwater management, shoreline best management practices & water quality improvements at Camp Mardela on Watts Creek, Denton, Maryland, including:

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, @ 10:00 am on-site at 301 Deep Shore Road (King Retreat Center), Denton, MD 21629. After the Pre-Bid meeting, a site walkthrough of all proposed work areas will be held. This is the bidders' opportunity to enter the private property during the bidding process. . Bidders shall not enter Camp Mardela at any time during the bid process, except for the MANDATORY pre-bid meeting.
Bids must be received in the office of the Caroline County Commissioners, located at 109 Market Street, Denton, Maryland 21629, ATTENTION: Nicole Pearce, by no later than 10:00 am, Wednesday, January 14, 2026, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any/or all bids.
