Overview
Summary

Escambia County Environmental Code Enforcement is seeking a data software program to help produce line charts, area charts, scatter plots, bar graphs, doughnut charts, etc., that is able to produce instant visual reporting. This information will be used to provide expedient and accurate information to the Board, news media, neighborhood Watch and HOA meeting presentations. This will help us to increase the efficiency of service we provide to the public by identifying positive and negative trends, along with identifying areas where we need a more concentrated presence.

Background
  1. A data analytics reporting software program to assist code enforcement with the more immediate identification of the ownership of individual parcels, complete community and neighborhood subdivisions, individual county commissioner districts, as well as the entire county. The program must be able to identify the property owner, tax collector and property appraiser records, current and prior code enforcement and animal control cases and liens and sheriff’s office calls for service, all at once, by selecting the parcel from an interactive map of the area. All of the stored information would be public record, and observable to the public by way creating an account for public access for neighborhood watch groups, homeowners associations, media services.
  2. The software must be able to display interactive area charts of mapping for Escambia County, plus be able to generate bar charts, box charts, and chart lines providing trends over time, pie charts for displaying parts of the whole, scatter charts, histograms, comparing categories for individual subdivision and commissioner district and the entire county.
