The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to install new Intrusion Detection System (IDS) components, activating the entire system (including troubleshooting), and providing training in the operation of the entire IDS system for the United States Military Training Mission (USMTM). The IDS system includes intrusion detection, access control, and closed-circuit television systems at office buildings (OB) 1 and 2 at the residential compound on Al Nakhla in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The contractor shall perform all work within the designated work area without damaging the adjacent areas or underground utilities. The contractor shall restore all disturbed areas to their original condition and will remove and properly dispose of all debris and waste materials from Al Nakhla. The contractor must note that all drawings indicate the general requirements for installation and should be read in conjunction with the Scope of Work and the Contract Specifications.
