Construction-Related Consultant - 15th Floor Labs Rehab Project

The State University of New York at College of Optometry is seeking qualified consultants from Architectural and Engineering Design Firms to submit sealed bids for project number 011125S titled Construction-Related Consultant – 15 ^th Floor Labs Rehab Project. The scope of work includes converting existing laboratories, offices, and a conference room into two new laboratories, a teaching space, and a flexible multi-use conference room. Through this RFQ, our goal is to secure competitive pricing and select experienced partner capable of delivering high-quality results within the established timeline and project requirements

The selection of construction-related consultant will be a qualification-based selection.

RFQ are due by 10:00 a.m. EST December 29, 2025 (Monday).

An Mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk-through will be held with all contractors assemble at SUNY College of Optometry, 33 West 42nd Street, New York NY 10036 on November 25, 2025 (Tuesday) at 10:30 a.m. EST.
