Description: The State University of New York at College of Optometry is seeking qualified consultants from Architectural and Engineering Design Firms to submit sealed bids for project number 011125S titled Construction-Related Consultant – 15 th Floor Labs Rehab Project. The scope of work includes converting existing laboratories, offices, and a conference room into two new laboratories, a teaching space, and a flexible multi-use conference room. Through this RFQ, our goal is to secure competitive pricing and select experienced partner capable of delivering high-quality results within the established timeline and project requirements The selection of construction-related consultant will be a qualification-based selection. RFQ are due by 10:00 a.m. EST December 29, 2025 (Monday).
