BMC Remedyforce Helpdesk Ticketing
Description:
The Division of Nutrition, Bureau of Supplemental Food Programs , which administers the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), is requesting quotes from Certified NYS Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) to provide BMC Remedyforce Helpdesk licenses for the product SKUs and quantities below. A one-year contract for the anticipated contract term 11/12/2024 to 11/11/2025 will be awarded to the vendor offering the lowest total cost. Interested M/WBE firms must provide a written quote to
