Overview

Summary

The County of Mohave, on behalf of the Public Works - Facility Management Division Department, is seeking bids from qualified respondents for a construction project titled: Historic Courthouse Remodel . All bids are due before 2:00 pm on Thursday, December 18, 2025 .

Background

Mohave County (Owner) proposes to remodel an existing 19,473 Sq. Ft. historic courthouse next to the new courthouse at 401 Spring Street, Kingman Arizona. The historic courthouse remodel includes modifications of the existing building.

It is the intent of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to select one (1) Contractor, appropriately licensed in the State of Arizona, to construct the project described herein. The project shall be completed in conformance with the Plan Sets and Specification book.
