2026 PAVING PROGRAM - CONTRACT 1

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Manchester, Connecticut, herein called the Town, acting by and through its Town Manager will receive sealed Bids for project Bid No. 25/26-29 2026 PAVING PROGRAM - CONTRACT 1 . Bids will be accepted via the Town's eProcurement Portal until 2:00 pm on Monday, December 15, 2025 at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bids may be submitted prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered.

Work under this contract includes the resurfacing of approximately 195,000 square yards of bituminous concrete roads at various locations throughout the Town of Manchester. It includes other appurtenant work such as traffic control, extruded concrete curb installation, driveway an lawn restoration and the resetting of utility structures.

The Project Schedule for this project is projected to be completed within ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (150) WORKING DAYS (contract days).
