SUPPLIER SUBMITTING BID MUST BE ACTIVE ON A CSP900922 CONTRACT (DAS Index No. MAC110) AND MEET ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS DESCRIBED IN EVAULATION AND AWARD.

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil & Gas Resources Management is accepting bids for plugging and plating orphan wells. Please review all requirements below and attachments related to sourcing event.

Project Scope of Work:
This project includes mobilization, access and well site development, plugging of one (1) Orphan Well, storage and disposal of all materials generated during the plugging of the well, and restoration of all areas disturbed during this project.

Evaluation & Contract: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State active on a CSP900922 contract. Supplier must have completed the required pre-bid meeting and be in good standings with all other Division and Agency Projects.

Awarded to Lowest Responsive & Responsible meeting all requirements below.

2. Attend pre-bid meeting listed in summary
3. Be in good standing with all other Division and Agency Projects
