Description:

The City of San Leandro is seeking bids for the "Steven Taylor Sanctity of Life Pavilion, Project 2022.0340." The work to be done consists of the installation of sidewalks, amphitheater seat walls, and the installation of an art piece; and doing all appurtenant work in place and ready for use, all as shown on the plans and described in the specifications.

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE: All bidders must attend at least one mandatory pre-bid conference. A firm that didn’t attend a minimum of one pre-bid conference isn’t qualified to bid on the project. Pre-bid virtual conferences will be held as detailed below and can be accessed, by internet or by dial-up. The information presented at both conferences will be identical. A mandatory pre-bid video conference will be held on Monday, April 28, 2025, at 9:00 AM and on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 2:00 PM as follows:
